When handling data, we act in accordance with the provisions of the 1992 Act LXIII on the Protection of Personal Data and the Disclosure of Data of Public Interest; the Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union of 24 October 1995 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data; the 2001 Act CVIII on certain issues of electronic commerce services and services related to the information society; the 1995 Act CXIX on the management of name and address data for research and direct business acquisition purposes; and the 1998 Act VI on the protection of individuals during the computer processing of personal data.

During the use of the online store, the Service Provider treats the personal data provided to it confidentially and does not disclose it to any third party, except in cases where it is its subcontractor (e.g., GLS Hungary Ltd., for order delivery). The delivery companies declare the confidential handling of data in their contracts. By providing any personal data to the Service Provider Ltd., you consent to the Service Provider recording and processing it for the purpose and duration defined by the nature of the transaction.
The Service Provider may use the data and information you provide exclusively for the following purposes: market research, market analysis, analysis of customer habits, compilation of visitation statistics, handling customer complaints, and processing orders. During browsing the online store, technical information is recorded for statistical purposes (IP address, duration of visit, etc.). The Service Provider will only disclose this data to authorities in legally justified and substantiated cases.
During browsing the online store, the data provided during the newsletter unsubscribe process is treated confidentially. The option to unsubscribe is provided at the bottom of every sent newsletter, and can also be requested through any of the Customer Service contacts. You can request the deletion or modification of your data at any time in writing at info@zaxchoco.com.

The user is fully responsible for all orders and other transactions during which their password was used. This responsibility does not apply if the password was accessed by unauthorized persons through no fault of the user. The Service Provider is not liable for damages resulting from non-fulfillment of the order, delays, service downtime, and/or the potential loss of business or private information or other material losses.

In matters not regulated in these General Contractual Terms, the provisions of the Civil Code, the Government Decree 17/1999 (II.5.) on contracts concluded between absentees, and the provisions of the 2001 Act CVIII on certain issues of electronic commerce services and services related to the information society are applicable.

This contract was prepared in Hungarian. Hungarian law governs this contract.
